We accept: Visa and MasterCard. Payment can only be made via credit or debit card. Payment will be charged to your account at the time of order and/or at the start of your membership. No amount exceeding the approved amount will be charged at the end of your purchase.
All purchases over 100 EUR will be subject to additional verification and security measures such as the 3Ds Secure protocol.
Recurring Billing - Membership
In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of this website, subscription fees may automatically renew at the end or after the initial selected period, for a similar period of time and for a similar or lower amount, unless you receive a cancellation notice from us. Until this agreement is cancelled as per the terms outlined, you authorize the website to charge you with the selected payment method and to pay for the ongoing subscription cost via the same payment method.
By accepting these terms, the Subscriber agrees to sign up for a 3-day trial at the cost of only 3 EUR, and acknowledges that unless the subscription is cancelled before the trial period ends, the Subscriber will automatically be signed up for a full membership at the prices and terms chosen during registration. In addition, the Subscriber authorizes us to charge the subscription fees for the next billing cycle. This charge will appear on the Subscriber's credit card statement.
Membership Refund Policy
You can cancel your membership at any time. When you choose to cancel your membership, it will continue until the end of the current period already started, and no additional membership periods will be charged. We do not offer refunds as cancellation occurs immediately after the start of the period. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our membership service, we may, in exceptional cases, evaluate the possibility of offering you a refund of up to a maximum corresponding to 2 membership periods. If you have complaints regarding our membership service, send your complaint via email to our customer service, and we will make a decision within 3-4 working days.
Product Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day refund policy (the legally approved standard is 14 days). This period starts from the day you receive your purchased goods. You may return a product within 30 days from the date of purchase. The product you return must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging.

For sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal ceases if the goods are opened after delivery.
