Welcome. You must accept all the terms of this agreement ("Agreement") before you can use the website. Your consent is also required for us to grant you authorized access to the services and products ("Content") offered on the website, within its premises, or through it. If you do not agree to the terms outlined below, you will not be allowed to access our website, browse, purchase, or use any of the content available on or through the site.
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THIS ENTIRE AGREEMENT, AS BY MAKING A PURCHASE OR REGISTERING, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO ALL TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS SET FORTH HEREIN, including important limitations regarding "prohibited locations" from which you may not access the website, obtain copies of the content, or use any of our services.
Parties to This Agreement and Counterparty
The parties to this contract ("Contract") are you ("you," sometimes referred to as "customer" or "subscriber" of the website) and the owner. In the context of this contract, the terms "we" and "our" are used interchangeably to refer to Happyhome Limited and its website operators. By accessing the website or the material available on or associated with it, and for other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged by you and Happyhome Limited, you agree to be bound by all provisions of this contract. You hereby agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

- The subscriber/customer's credit card will be charged immediately after purchase.
- After purchase, the subscriber/customer will receive an email notification with payment details. The contract is finalized between the subscriber/customer and the store once the order is placed.
- All orders will be processed as quickly as possible.
- All inquiries will be answered within two (2) business days.
- It is advisable to print the transaction details and terms and keep them in an easily accessible place.
- Access is prohibited for individuals who are not of legal age in their respective countries.
1. Definitions
- "Member" or "Membership": the subscriber or user with a valid username and password for the site during the membership period.
- "Customer": a person who makes a single purchase without creating a membership account.
- We refer to any company charging the Subscriber/Customer, including any additional billing company used by us or any of its modifications.

However, the site offers the same variety of products to all customers at the standard, non-discounted price. You will not need an account or membership to purchase products at the regular price.

Members must log in to their account before making discounted purchases. New members can enjoy a 3-day trial period for only 3 EUR. Once your order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email and another email once your order has been shipped.

4. Pricing Information
The discounted prices shown on the website are reserved for members. The prices we compare ours to are indicative market prices used in other stores and websites.
Our company manages the website and delivers to many countries. Due to climate-related needs or mandatory law applications (e.g., VAT or official sales periods), the products sold and their prices may vary from country to country.
Any purchase exceeding 100 EUR will be subject to additional verification and security measures, such as the 3D Secure protocol.
5. Billing
The website may appear on the Subscriber’s/Customer’s credit card, bank statement, or phone bill for all applicable charges. If subscribing to multiple sites through a payment method, the Subscriber’s/Customer’s statements will list each individual purchase constituting the transaction. The website may include additional information on the subscriber’s/customer’s statements based on credit card associations, telephone regulations, NACHA, and any other imposed rules and regulations.
As a member, your membership is automatically charged at the end or after the initial chosen period for a similar period and amount, unless the website receives a cancellation notice from the subscriber. If you no longer wish to be a member, you can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and completing the membership cancellation form on the support page. You can also cancel your membership in writing by emailing our support service directly.
As a customer, you will only be charged for the product(s) purchased, with no additional costs unless clearly indicated on the payment page.
6. Payment / Fees
The site may charge periodic membership fees at the time of the initial sign-up. The member is responsible for these fees in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant site.
7. Automatic Recurring Billing
In accordance with the site’s terms and conditions, membership fees may automatically renew at the end or after the initial chosen period for a similar period and amount, unless the subscriber has notified their cancellation. From time to time, we enroll loyal subscribers in a loyalty program, where randomly selected subscribers will benefit from a discount on the membership price at the next billing cycle.
Until the membership agreement is terminated in accordance with the conditions set out here, the subscriber authorizes our website to charge the selected payment method to cover the ongoing membership costs. The subscriber also authorizes our website to charge the selected payment method for any additional purchases of material provided on the site.
By accepting these terms of use, the subscriber agrees to a trial period of only 3 EUR and acknowledges that unless the subscription is canceled before the end of the trial period, the subscriber will be automatically enrolled in a full membership at the price and conditions chosen during sign-up. Furthermore, the Subscriber authorizes us to charge the subscription fees for the next billing cycle. This charge will appear on the subscriber’s credit card statement.
If a recurring payment is not successfully processed, administrative fees of up to 3 EUR may be applied to your account to maintain your membership status until the full membership fee can be successfully processed.
8. Delivery
Orders are delivered by courier or local postal service with a tracking number. The expected delivery time is 10-15 days depending on the location. We take full responsibility for the purchased products until their delivery.
9. Agreed Method of Communication
The website and the subscriber/customer agree that a transaction receipt will be sent via the email address provided at the time of initial registration (for subscribers) or direct product purchase (for customers).
10. Electronic Communication
The Subscriber agrees and acknowledges that all membership-related information (such as payment authorizations, invoices, password or payment method changes, confirmation messages, notifications) will be provided exclusively in electronic format, such as emails sent to the address provided during registration.
11. Cancellation and Product Returns
1. MEMBERSHIP; CANCELLATION
- By subscribing to a membership or joining the website, accessing any password-protected area of the website, using any "members-only" content available on or through the website, or otherwise legally accepting these terms and conditions, you irrevocably acknowledge and agree to all the terms, conditions, obligations, warranties, and other provisions set forth in this agreement, including the authorization and acceptance of full financial responsibility for all charges indicated herein.
- To terminate your membership, you must cancel your subscription at least 7 days before the end of the current period (or during your trial period for a trial membership). Certain features are only available to upgraded or converted members.
- You agree that if you do not provide the Company with a cancellation notice at least SEVEN (7) DAYS before the expiration of your membership (including any free or promotional membership period) or during your trial period in the case of a trial membership, the Company, with your full authorization herein, will automatically renew your membership on the website without further notice.
- All cancellations received by the Company at least SEVEN (7) DAYS before the expiration of your membership will be effective upon receipt, and the Company may, at any time and at its sole discretion, without reason or explanation, cancel any membership.
- You acknowledge and agree that if you cancel your membership, or if your membership is canceled by the Company, your password will be removed from the system at the end of the current membership period, and you will be entitled to enjoy all the benefits of your membership until the end of that period. You will not be entitled to any prorated or partial refund if you cancel your membership before the end of the current membership period, for any reason.

1. PRODUCT RETURNS
- If you wish to return one or more purchased products, you must notify us.
- For sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal expires if the products are unsealed after delivery.
- Product Return Conditions
- Any depreciation in value due to improper use or handling not intended for the product’s use and function is the customer’s responsibility. You may test the product as you would in a physical store. However, if the product is damaged due to misuse or negligence and a refund is requested, you may only receive a partial refund or the full purchase price depending on the product’s resale value and the nature of the incident.

- To expedite the return process, include a copy of your order confirmation with the product(s) you are returning. If you no longer have the confirmation, you may include the email address used during the order or the order number.
12. Refunds
Refunds for purchases or recurring fees can be requested by contacting customer service. No refund or credit will be granted for partially used memberships. Cancellation of any future recurring billing can be requested in accordance with Article 11 – Cancellation. The website reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at its discretion. Granting a refund does not imply an obligation to provide future refunds. If a refund is issued for any reason, it will be credited to the original payment method. No refunds will be made in cash, check, wire transfer, or other payment methods. The refund will be processed immediately. Depending on the payment method, it may take 3 to 5 business days for funds to appear.
13. Cardholder Disputes and Chargebacks
All chargebacks are subject to thorough investigation and may block future purchases depending on circumstances. In the case of fraud, we may need to contact the Subscriber’s issuing bank to protect them and prevent future fraudulent charges on their card.
14. Your Right to Complain
We offer the standard legal complaint procedure, valid for 24 months from delivery. This means you may have your product repaired, exchanged, refunded, or discounted depending on the situation. Your complaint must be valid, meaning defects must not result from misuse or destructive behavior. Note that for products with a limited lifespan, your right to complain is accordingly limited.

15. Membership; Authorization of Use
Subscribers are granted a single right of access to the service and/or products on this site. This access right is granted for personal use only and must not be used for commercial purposes or by third parties. The commercial use of the site or its contents is strictly prohibited unless authorized by the site. No part of the site may be transferred, rented, or sold. Unauthorized public display or file-sharing is also prohibited. Subscribers violating these terms will have their access revoked and must destroy any downloaded or copied material.
16. Membership; Transfer of Access Rights

These terms, as they appear on the site, do not invalidate the conditions listed here. This agreement will be interpreted and enforced according to the laws of the "United Kingdom" applicable to contracts negotiated, signed, and fully executed in this country. Disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the "United Kingdom."
18. Severability
If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions will remain valid and enforceable. If a court finds that a provision is invalid or unenforceable, but by limiting it, it would become valid or enforceable, the provision shall be written, interpreted, and enforced as so limited.
19. Notices
Notices from the site to subscribers/customers may be made via electronic messages on the site, a general posting on the site, or conventional mail. Notices from the subscriber/customer can be provided through electronic messages, conventional mail, or phone, unless otherwise stated in the agreement. All issues, complaints, or notices regarding the site should be directed to us. All service cancellations for a site must also be directed to us.
20. DISCLAIMER
THE USER UNDERSTANDS THAT WE CANNOT GUARANTEE AND DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT FILES AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD FROM THE INTERNET WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES, WORMS, TROJANS, OR OTHER CODE THAT MAY MANIFEST CONTAMINATING OR DESTRUCTIVE PROPERTIES. USERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING PROCEDURES AND CHECKPOINTS TO MEET THEIR SPECIFIC DATA INPUT AND OUTPUT ACCURACY NEEDS AND FOR MAINTAINING AN EXTERNAL MEANS FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF ANY LOST DATA. The current subscription fee, as indicated on the subscriber’s credit card bill, will be charged according to the selected payment method. “OPT-IN AND USER COMMUNICATION” - The subscriber expressly acknowledges and agrees that their email address or any other communication means may be used to send offers, information, or any commercial communication. Specific offers may be presented via email marketing or other channels, with the option to select “accept” or “reject.” By selecting “accept,” the subscriber consents to the use and disclosure of their personal data for such purposes.
22. Sponsors, Advertisers, and Third Parties
The site may link to third-party websites that we do not own or control. The inclusion of such sites, apps, content, or advertisements does not imply endorsement. We have no control over third-party content, privacy policies, or practices and assume no responsibility. By accessing the site, you release us from liability arising from your use of third-party content.
